SHIPPING and PICK UP.
All wigs that have been styled [if it was just a cut then this will not occur] will be shipped on a stryofoam wig head in a box using USPS mail. A shipping number will be provided to you when the wig is shipped. For heavier wigs the shipping might be a little expensive, as well for wigs that are large and need an over sized box. If you live in VA or near it, and would like to pick up your wig [I live in Roanoke, VA] instead of having it shipped that can always be arranged. Just mention this to me when you commission me.
Wigs that are only cut or are a very simple style will be shipped in a bubble envelope after being secured in a wig net.

PAYMENT.
If you decide to commission me for a wig, I will need the payment within three days of the commission agreement. Paying in full is highly prefered. If you can not, however, do this then I do take two installments. The first payment will be half of the final cost and will be used to buy materials to start your wig. The second installment, which will be the second half of the wig cost is due no later than two weeks before your need by date. Please keep this in mind! If you can not pay before the two week deadline I will hold your wig until you are able to and ship it out when it's done.

RUSH ORDERS.
I do take rush orders! The rush order though must not be less than three weeks! To get the base materials alone will be a week or so. Rush orders will have an additional fee added to the wig! This fee will be added to the total cost of your wig when I answer your quote. If it is a rush order, please note in the quote form that it will be a rush order. Rush orders are required to pay for the wig in full upfront.

RETURN POLICY.
I can not take returns on wigs that I commission! When I finish the wig I will send you pictures for you to approve. If, at that time, you do not like the wig or approve of it, I can refund you half of the wig cost IF you paid in full. If you did not pay in full and only paid for the materials, I will cancel our contract and I will take ownership of the wig. The cost for the materials cannot and will not be refunded.
If you get the wig and you do not like it or approve of it I can not issue you a refund. The wig is in your possession and is now yours. The contract would have been fulfilled and due to health concerns I cannot take the wig back due to not knowing it's care.

CONTRACT
Please read the information above!
By signing this contract you agree that I will be commissioning your wig and will have the wig to you by the date you specify in your quote request. You understand that if you need a refund I can only return the cost of base materials. Commissioning me gives me full permission to construct and create your wig to the best of my abilities using the information and pictures you provided. If you agree to everything stated, please sign and date below and e-mail me back this entire contract after we agree on a commission.
